Position Purpose

As an Investment and Loan Banker / Marketing Officer at BT – Capital, you are the face of the institution and a key driver of business growth. This role goes beyond processing transactions — it involves building strong client relationships, promoting investment and loan products, and helping customers achieve their financial goals. Job Responsibilities

• Achieve individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales and portfolio targets set by the respective department.
• Promote and market investment products, loan facilities, and other financial services to prospective clients.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for loans and investment accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend suitable investment and lending solutions.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, credit procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Follow up on loan applications, documentation, approvals, and disbursements.
• Monitor client portfolios to ensure timely repayments and proper account performance.
• Coordinate regularly with Head Office regarding policies, circulars, updates, and reporting.
• Promote financial literacy and awareness within the community.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with the Bank’s standards and policies.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in banking, financial institutions, investment firms, or loan marketing.
• Fresh graduates with strong marketing and sales skills are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age not more than 40 years.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of investment products, loan structuring, and financial analysis will be an added advantage.
