Position Purpose

As a Relationship Manager – Investment & Loan Banking at BT – Capital, you are responsible for building and managing strong client relationships while driving growth in loan portfolios and investment accounts. This role focuses on client acquisition, financial advisory, deal structuring, and maintaining long-term partnerships.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients access suitable financing solutions and investment opportunities while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for loan and investment products.
  • Conduct client meetings (physical and virtual) to understand funding and investment needs.
  • Structure and present customized loan and investment solutions.
  • Achieve individual monthly and quarterly portfolio growth targets.
  • Maintain and grow a strong client portfolio through relationship management and follow-ups.
  • Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing clients.
  • Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayments.
  • Provide financial advisory support to clients on investment opportunities.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, risk management guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare periodic reports on client activity, pipeline deals, and portfolio performance.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in banking, financial institutions, investment firms, or loan marketing.
  • Experience in client relationship management, credit structuring, or portfolio management will be an added advantage.
